		<description>To solve the problem of foreclosure the American government may directly buy back all the toxic assets from the financially sick banks and then start negotiations with individual home owners who were unable to pay their monthly dues. Since pumping of 400 billion dollars to the big banks failed to increase liquidity so this procedure of direct purchase will be effective.All the money required which may run into many trillions of dollar should be printed. It will not cause any inflation as the total amount of goods and services in the economy is still intact but what is absent is the equivalent amount of money.Apart from that major economies of the world such as Japan,India, China and west european countries would buy up dollar to block the sliding of dollar. Even if there is a small amount of inflation, then the prime rate of fed may be increased to reduce the money supply</description>
